Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: All of our pieces are made to order in our Los Angeles, CA studio and make take up to 4 weeks to ship. For some of our bridal or special preorder pieces, production time may take 4-6 weeks. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and will incur a 5% processing fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Email us at info@ochreobjects.com if you need something by a certain date.
Our default shipper for all domestic orders is UPS or Fedex for a flat rate of $15. All items are insured for their full value, and are sent with delivery confirmation. Any item over $300 will be sent signature required. If you cannot be home to sign for your package, we can send it without signature required but are not liable for its loss or damage. All orders are accompanied with tracking information. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide or UPS Express Worldwide for a flat rate of $45.
For all international orders please allow 4 weeks for arrival. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Any orders shipped within California will incur 9.25% sales tax, since Ochre Objects is based in Los Angeles, CA.
Returns
Because we are a very small production and pieces are made to order, returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged shipment. You may return (for a full refund, shipping included) or exchange that item within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us within 10 days to facilitate a return on damaged or incorrect product.
All custom pieces are FINAL SALE.
CHARGEBACKS
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at info@ochreobjects.com to resolve it with us directly and we will do our best to help. As a small business, chargebacks are extremely detrimental and we have a strict no tolerance policy— any customers who files chargebacks against us will be banned indefinitelyfrom any future orders from our website.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel a class for a full refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After the initial 48-hour period, you may cancel your class for a credit up until 7 days before your class starts. The credit can be used towards another class or a purchase from the website.
If you cannot attend class for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you cancel or request a reschedule within 7 days of the start of your class, a 25% rebooking fee will be charged in order to rebook your class. If you cancel or request a reschedule within 3 days of the start of your class, a 50% rebooking fee will be charged in order to reschedule your class. No-shows will NOT receive a credit or refund of any kind.
Repairs
We are happy to make repairs to any of our pieces. Repairs are often free of charge but may incur a small fee for materials on a case by case basis. Shipping fees on repaired items are the responsibility of the buyer. All repair inquiries can be submitted to info@ochreobjects.com.

All of our pieces are made entirely by hand in our Los Angeles, CA studio of the finest materials. We cast only in 100% certified recycled 14K gold and sterling silver. All of our diamonds are certified post-consumer recycled, any re-cutting or polishing of our diamonds are done in a fair trade-certified facility in India.
We take pride in sourcing our colored stones from ethical and traceable origins wherever possible, if you have questions about this or would like us to provide you with origin of any of our stones, email us at info@ochreobjects.com.
If you would like to order one of our pieces in a different metal/stone than pictured, please email us at info@ochreobjects.com.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, certain variations may occur in each individual piece.
