In this single session introductory workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of silversmithing, including forming, soldering, hammering, sanding, and polishing to create a set of three different stacking rings from sterling silver wire.

This class is designed for beginners, and no prior experience with jewelry making is required. It will take place in person at our Spring Street studio in downtown Los Angeles. The studio’s address will be sent via email after purchase. 

All tools and materials will be provided, if you wish to work in 14K yellow gold instead of sterling silver, there is an additional non refundable $500 materials fee on top of the class fee which is due no later than one week before class begins. 

Due to the inherent danger of jewelry making and its associated tools and processes, we do not allow students under 18 years of age to take this class. All students will be required to adhere to all safety measures and sign a safety and liability waiver before class begins. We reserve the right to deny access or remove any student who does not adhere to the studio's age and safety requirements. 

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel a class for a full refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After the initial 48-hour period, you may cancel your class for a credit up until 7 days before your class starts. The credit can be used towards another class or a purchase from the website.

If you cannot attend class for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.

If you cancel or request a reschedule within 7 days of the start of your class, a 25% rebooking fee will be charged in order to rebook your class. If you cancel or request a reschedule within 3 days of the start of your class, a 50% rebooking fee will be charged in order to reschedule your class. No-shows will NOT receive a credit or refund of any kind.

 

We are not able to offer make up classes at this time. 

TURN AROUND & SHIPPING

Unless we have this piece in stock, it will be made to order for you and may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please email us at info@ochreobjects.com if you need something by a certain date.

Our default shipper for all domestic orders is UPS or Fedex for a flat rate of $15. All items are insured for their full value, and are sent with delivery confirmation. Any item over $500 will be sent signature required. If you cannot be home to sign for your package, we can send it without signature required but are not liable for its loss or damage. All orders are accompanied with tracking information. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide or UPS Express Worldwide for a flat rate of $45.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. 

Any orders shipped within California will incur sales tax, since Ochre Objects is based in Los Angeles, CA.

SIZING

We offer complimentary resizing on all of our rings, unless they are specified as not size-able. If you receive your ring and decide you need a sizing adjustment, need help determining your correct ring size, or need a different size than what is listed, send us an email at info@ochreobjects.com and we can help.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and will incur a 5% processing fee to cover credit card transaction fees. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. 

All sales are final, returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged shipment. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
